ACHC labs need a backup administrator; AASM labs don't. Home sleep testing programs are priced the same way — by seats, not by type of lab.

Personnel files, credentials and signatures are sensitive. Here is exactly how we keep them safe.
Staff records are encrypted in the database, on the server's disk, and in every backup (AES-256). All traffic uses HTTPS.
Administrators, backup administrators and medical directors sign in with an authenticator app. Repeated sign-in attempts are automatically slowed down.
Signatures, approvals and edits are logged with who did what and when — the same trail that protects you on survey day.
Each organization's data is kept separate from every other lab's, and each staff role sees only what it needs.
Nightly off-server backups plus 30 days of database snapshots, running across two AWS data centers. We test a full restore every month.
